Membership Service Agreement

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between the member of this App ("Member") and this App ("Platform") regarding the auto-renewal entrusted debit service ("Service"), clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties and the responsibilities of the Platform. "Member" refers to a natural person or entity with full capacity for civil conduct (such as an enterprise) who registers through official channels and accepts paid services. Minors must read this Agreement under the full supervision of their guardians, and both the minor and the guardian must ensure that auto-renewal is approved in writing/orally by the guardian and that payment of fees is a family consensus. This Agreement is a prerequisite for using the Service. Before activation, the Member must read and voluntarily accept all terms; activation without explicit consent (such as checking a confirmation box) is not permitted. Successful activation through official channels is deemed voluntary acceptance of the terms, with a commitment to use the Service in compliance and bear responsibility.
1、 Service Description
1.1 This App's membership is a paid service that can be obtained through the following methods: direct purchase, participation in official activities (e.g., limited-time discounts), or redemption with official gift cards. Membership service is a virtual product, fundamentally different from physical goods. After purchase and activation, if you need to terminate the service for personal reasons, you have the right to stop it voluntarily. However, except for special circumstances such as platform technical failures, active cancellation during the membership period will not result in a refund or any compensation. This provision is intended to ensure service stability; please carefully evaluate your needs before purchasing.
1.2 Membership benefits (such as exclusive wallpaper downloads, HD quality, no ads, etc.) are subject to the latest "Membership Benefits Rules" on the official website. The Platform reserves the right to dynamically adjust benefits based on operational needs (such as resource adjustment, technology upgrades), which may involve optimizing or re-establishing rules. Users can check the latest rules via the official website, the "Membership Center" in the App, or announcement channels. It is recommended to review the agreement and rules at least once a month to stay informed of benefit changes and ensure effective service.
1.3 There are significant differences in membership benefits across different categories (Basic/Advanced/Premium) and tiers (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual), and they are strictly limited to the device terminal used; benefits are not interchangeable between different terminals. For example, Android membership benefits are limited to Android devices, and iOS membership benefits are limited to Apple devices. This restriction is to ensure technical compatibility and user experience; please select the corresponding plan based on your commonly used device type when purchasing.
1.4 To protect members' auto-renewal benefits and avoid service interruption due to negligence, the member irrevocably authorizes this Platform to automatically deduct the next cycle's fee from the user's bound third-party payment account/bank card/mobile wallet (collectively "Designated Account") through certified payment channels before the membership expires. The billing cycle is subject to the Platform's published information. If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance, account abnormality, or payment restrictions, the Platform has the right to suspend non-core benefits or terminate the service after 15 days of delinquency. Fees deducted for services not yet enjoyed will not be refunded (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations). Auto-renewal requires the user to securely bind the Designated Account and maintain a normal account status.
1.5 The auto-renewal service will automatically deduct the fee within the 24 hours before the membership expires and during the grace period, and the renewal will take effect immediately upon receipt of payment. Successful deduction constitutes confirmation of consumption (except in legally prescribed circumstances). The Platform will send a reminder via SMS/App push 5 days before the deduction; users with lower system versions (below Android 2.1/iOS 3.1.1) are advised to upgrade. If payment is abnormal, you can contact customer service for verification. Apple users should note that there may be a 1-3 day delay in deduction and are advised to check their bills through the App Store.
1.6 The Platform reserves the final right to revise the Service Agreement. Revisions will be announced on the official website and the App homepage for 7 days. During the announcement period, users can turn off auto-renewal to avoid the impact of the changes; failure to turn it off after the period and continued use will be deemed acceptance of the new terms. Users must also comply with the "General Membership Service Agreement" and any subsequent Platform rules (including announcements, etc.), which together constitute a complete regulatory system.
1.7 This service is only available on official platforms (including web/iOS/Android/mini-programs). Reverse engineering, bypassing verification, and other illegal separation of resources are prohibited. Violators shall bear legal responsibility (including civil compensation, administrative penalties, etc.), and the Platform will pursue liability (including litigation, reporting, etc.).
1.8 The membership validity period is as specified in the order. If not renewed upon expiration, all exclusive services (including HD downloads, ad-free, etc.) and benefits (including points, tier privileges, etc.) will automatically terminate and cannot be restored. It is recommended to pay attention to expiration reminders and renew in time.
1.9 Membership fees (including tier pricing, benefit differences, etc.) are set by the operations team and displayed on the purchase interface. By completing any step such as checking the agreement or making a payment, the user is deemed to accept the current pricing and terms. It is recommended to read the fee description carefully before paying.
1.10 Membership benefits may vary due to the following factors: ① App version not updated ② Device system compatibility ③ Hardware configuration limitations ④ Network environment and regional policies. Users shall not hold the Platform responsible for experience differences caused by technical factors. It is recommended to upgrade the App/system or contact customer service for resolution.
1.11 Cancelling Auto-Renewal
1.11.1 How to Cancel Alipay Subscription
[Recommended] In-App Operation: Open this App → Tap the top right「Settings」→ Go to「Account Management」→ Select「Manage Auto-Renewal」→ Find the corresponding subscription and tap to cancel.
[Alternative] Alipay Operation: Open Alipay →「My」→「Settings」→「Payment Settings」→「Unattended Payment / Auto Debit」→ Find the subscription item for this App → Click「Unsubscribe」.
1.11.2 How to Cancel iOS Subscription
Only method: On your iOS device, go to「Settings」→「iTunes Store & App Store」→ Tap your Apple ID at the top →「View Apple ID」→「Subscriptions」→ Find this App → Tap「Cancel Subscription」.
2、 Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
2.1 This App must provide clear fee inquiry channels for auto-renewal members. Members can view deduction amounts, times, and other information under "My Orders" or "Account Management". No paper/mailed invoices are provided; electronic invoices can be self-applied.
2.2 According to the billing cycle, the system will automatically deduct the next period's fee from the bound account before the end of the current cycle, complete the transaction and record the transaction information on the same day, and simultaneously extend the membership validity.
2.3 If a deduction error occurs, both parties must cooperate in the investigation. Losses caused by the fault of one party shall be borne by that party; if both parties are at fault, the losses shall be shared proportionally. The Platform will communicate solutions in a timely manner.
2.4 The Platform may reasonably modify the agreement. Major modifications will be announced 7 working days in advance without the need for individual notice; if you object, you may cancel the service, and continued use will be deemed acceptance.
2.5 Members independently decide whether to cancel renewal. If no cancellation request is made, it is deemed consent to the deduction, and upon successful deduction, the service permission is extended.
2.6 If the price is adjusted at the time of renewal, the deduction will be made at the adjusted price. Price adjustments will be announced in advance, and the price at the time of actual deduction shall apply.
2.7 Currently, there is no activation fee; in the future, a base fee may be charged or standards may be adjusted, and changes will be announced.
2.8 Members must ensure that their payment account has sufficient balance. If deduction fails due to insufficient balance, etc., the Platform may suspend services until the issue is resolved.
2.9 Members must keep their accounts and payment credentials secure. Consequences arising from personal reasons (such as account theft, leakage) shall be borne by the member. The Platform may suspend, freeze, or cancel the account.
2.10 Members must obtain the service legally; theft, intrusion, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or purchase through unauthorized third-party channels is prohibited. Violators will be disqualified and bear the losses themselves. Serious violations or illegal use will be dealt with according to law (including freezing/cancelling accounts). Dissemination of content endangering national security, pornography, infringement, etc., is prohibited; violators will have their accounts frozen/cancelled without refund.
2.10.1 Accounts disqualified due to violations permanently lose membership benefits and cannot request restoration.
3、Agreement Validity and Termination
3.1 This Agreement takes effect when the Member clicks to confirm or uses the service (such as browsing, downloading, etc.) and terminates upon a request for voluntary termination or account cancellation. Cancellation must be completed according to the Platform's process (including application submission, balance settlement, etc.).
3.2 Members may voluntarily terminate the service at any time via "Account Settings - Membership Service Management". Once the request takes effect, the Platform will immediately stop all wallpaper-related services (including resource updates, personalized recommendations, etc.).
3.3 Note on Auto-Renewal: Renewal instructions that have already taken effect (including those pending processing and completion of deduction) remain legally binding, and the relevant fees will not be refunded, with disputes borne by the Member. Please carefully check your auto-renewal settings before termination.
4、 Breach of Contract
4.1 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any party's failure to perform or fully perform its obligations under this Agreement constitutes a breach of contract. The non-breaching party may pursue liability and demand compensation in accordance with this clause. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the agreed arbitration institution or judicial authority for resolution. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, including the Civil Code, Contract Law, etc. Dispute resolution shall be based on Chinese law. This clause does not exclude the non-breaching party's statutory remedies, such as property preservation, litigation, or compulsory enforcement.
